Saskatoon Police are still investigating a Monday night robbery after the suspect fled the scene. 

At 9:50 p.m., police were called to the 200 block of Avenue B South for a report of a robbery. 

Officers learned that the victim was in the 300 block of Avenue C South when a woman approached her and demanded her property. The suspect then verbally and physically assaulted the victim before running away. 

Police say they don’t believe any injuries were sustained in the incident. Anyone with information that may assist in this investigation is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
