A 20-year-old man was charged following an incident last Friday at a house on the Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation.

An injured man was transported to hospital with serious injuries.

Loon Lake RCMP report a suspect was arrested without incident at another home on the First Nation. He required medical treatment before being released into police custody.

Twenty-year-old DJ Blueeyes of the Sahgaiehcan First Nation made his first court appearance in Meadow Lake on Monday.
