The Prince Albert Police Service is asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman (pictured) connected to a robbery that occurred at a business on 15th Street East.

According to police, the incident took place on August 20th, at approximately 7:55 p.m. Two women entered the store shortly before closing. One of the women allegedly attempted to leave with merchandise without paying.

When employees tried to stop her, the suspect reportedly produced a pair of scissors and swung them toward an employee before fleeing the store with an orange tent. No injuries were reported.

She is described as wearing, a black Nike windbreaker and black pants. She was last seen carrying an orange tent.

Anyone who recognizes the individual or has information related to the investigation is asked to contact the Prince Albert Police Service.

The investigation remains ongoing.
